The AcuRite Candy & Deep Fry Thermometer features a unique paddle design to increase stability for easy reading while keeping the thermometer’s tip off the bottom of the pan for accuracy.
Common stages (soft ball, hard crack, etc.) are printed right on the thermometer for quick reference.
Measures temperatures ranging from 60 to 400ºF, and 16 to 200ºC.
