Shipping & Delivery

We sell and ship orders within Australia. All orders will be sent to Australian Postal addresses and post boxes. Orders will be sent via Australia Post e-Parcel service or Sendle Courier. If no one is available to take delivery of your order, our carriers will leave a card so you can pick up your order from the nearby carrier direct. We make every effort for delivery to arrive in estimated delivery time; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within the set time frame. We will not be liable for late delivery by the carrier.

Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Epicure Homewares is not responsible for any damage, destruction or loss of goods after departure from our premises. Title and risk of loss to all orders will pass to you on delivery.

Your order will be dispatched the next day. Estimated delivery time within Australia is approximately 2 to 10 working days. This is will be depending on your location. Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please note some items, sizes, or colours may not be available at time of dispatch.

Changing a processed order
In order to ensure orders are despatched as soon as possible to customers, all processed orders cannot be changed, amended or cancelled after 60 minutes from the time order is placed. Please check your order confirmation email carefully that will be sent to your nominated email address in checkout to ensure all information is correct. Should you need to make any changes to your order, Epicure Homewares needs to be notified within 60 minutes of the order being placed by calling 0749451594 or emailing sales@epicurehomewares.com.au. Please note after the 60-minute time frame, no changes or cancellations are permitted.

Click & Collect

Complete the check-out and select the “Click & Collect” option. Alternatively you can call 0749451594

You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pickup is available 9AM-5.30PM Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Collect your order from 47 Main Street Proserpine. Please have a form of ID ready to present. If you have someone else collecting your order, please place their name in the comment section of your order. They will still need ID to shown on collection.

Incorrectly Addressed Orders
Please note that our ordering system is integrated with the Australia Post E Parcel system and Sendle Couriers. Therefore please make sure that your address is correct. If parcels are incorrectly addressed they will automatically be returned to Epicure Homewares. As a result of this error you will be charged additional postage.

Order Tracking
Confirmation of your order will be automatically emailed to you once you have proceeded through to the end of the check out. Once you order is ready to be dispatched a tracking number of your order will be sent to you via email.

Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit
All orders are packed with love and tender care by our team, they do their very best to make sure that parcels are packed as best they can to ensure they arrive in great condition. Epicure Homewares offers all customers the opportunity to insure the parcel when selecting your shipping option at the checkout.
