Mad Millie Cheese Press
The Mad Millie cheese press incorporates small perforations to assist in the pressing and shaping of hard cheeses allowing them to dry and breathe as they develop and mature. Optimally shaped to hold the curds from 6 litres of milk it will press a 2 litre mould of hard cheese. Made from food safe plastic and suitable for use in the dishwasher now you can make your hard cheeses just as professional cheesemakers and serious cheese artisans do.
Used for pressing your homemade hard cheeses in an accurate and reliable manner. It is made from a special food grade plastic that is easily cleaned and does not absorb bacteria. It comes with a 2 L hard cheese mould, fitting curds from 6 L of milk, a press and pressure gauge.
