Fondtastic Black Gum Paste is a Firmer option to Fondant, that holds shapes better than fondant and dries firmer.
Gum Paste is more suitable for making shapes that need to free stand and also detailed moulded shapes and figures.
Although it comes in white it can be coloured just like Fondant, Gel Paste colours.
The Non-stick, elastic Gum Paste can be rolled super thin, making it perfect for delicate flowers and detailed work and has a vanilla flavour. Manufactured in Canada it is FDA approved, contains no gluten, nut or palm oil products, is free of any animal by product, and is certified Kosher
