How to use:
Holding the arch side, rest the bottom of the scraper flat against your cake board. With the bevelled edge facing out. gently rotate around your turntable, guiding the sharp edge along the cake.
Note: Chocolate is susceptible to high temperatures. While we take every care in packaging chocolate to ship, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive undamaged during warmer months. Chocolate may melt a little during shipping, however this will not affect the chocolate and will be suitable for use once remelted.
