The Martellato Non Slip Fondant Mat has pre-marked circles from approx 5″ (12cm) to 14″ (34cm) to allow for precise measuring, rolling and cutting of fondant, gum paste or dough.
With the pre-marked circles you can accurately calculate the size and amount of fondant required to cover a cake.
Simply add double the height of the cake to the diameter of the cake and roll out the fondant to suit.
Conversion charts on side of mat for temperatures, weights, volume, cups, fluids.
