Iconic Buttercream 500g Purple
A smooth purple vanilla buttercream with a soft, calming colour and classic vanilla flavour. It gives cakes, cupcakes, and cookies a ready made purple frosting finish, making it useful for gentle colour palettes, and bright swirls on cupcakes.
The soft consistency works well for spreading, piping swirls, borders, and cake details.

Coverage Guidelines for 500g Buttercream
• Round Cakes:
• 6-inch cake (2–3 layers): Fully covers the outside and fills the middle nicely.
• 7-inch to 8-inch cake: Will cover a thin layer or just the sides/top, though you may run short if you plan on heavy piping or rosettes.
• Cupcakes:
• Enough to ice roughly 12 to 16 cupcakes with a standard swirl or spatula spread
Method: Stir the buttercream well before use. If you want a lighter, fluffier texture for cupcakes, whip it for 1–2 minutes with a paddle attachment. For a perfectly smooth professional look on the sides of your cake, use a heated metal scraper. The heat helps the buttercream glide into a smooth, even surface.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, ensure the lid is closed tight, to prevent the edges from drying out.
