High powered butterfly element
The Butterfly element creates a heat zone over the entire wok surface as its positioned both at the bottom, as well as high into the wall of the wok to push heat up and emulate the effect of gas style cooking.
Variable temperature
With 10 temperature settings or accurate heat control, it is versatile enough to cook a variety of meals quickly and easily.
Temperature control probe
The thermostat light on the probe switches off automatically when the temperature is reached and will cycle on and off during cooking, maintaining the heat setting temperature selected.
Easy to clean cooking surface
Premium non-stick coating for easy and quick cleaning.
Quick release base
The dishwasher safe wok can be removed from the base for easy cleaning using the quick release button.
