Any postage costs associated from an error will be covered by Epicure Homewares. Please keep original packaging as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item you have either purchased or received.

Any damaged goods for claims can only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
Returns must be arranged and pre-authorised; pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange will be issued to you for the value of the item. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
