The indestructible, highly conductive and seamless 31cm Sauteuse (deeper than a regular skillet) is made from the finest ferritic stainless steel, has no rivets, joins or screws, and is suitable for all heat sources.
100% made in Australia. Wrought from a single sheet of specially-made stainless steel, and manufactured in Sydney.
Suitable for all heat sources, indoors and out. From the stovetop (including induction!), into the oven, and outdoors in the pizza oven or over the campfire.
Non-nickel and non-coated. Our nöni™ pans are non-nickel, and you won’t find any toxic chemical coatings. Just a solid, single-ply, non-nickel stainless steel pan.
Extremely conductive. Our ferritic stainless steel is highly conductive, meaning our cookware is more energy efficient. Medium will be your new high.
