33cm nöni™ Rondeau (or Fait Tout, or multi-purpose Dutch oven) with matching 33cm Skillet-lid.
‘Raw’: Rotary polished inside pan, and raw brushed manufactured surface outside. There will be minor processing scuff marks, unique to each pan, which we consider to be a thing of natural beauty and truth! Big 6L capacity but still easily fits inside a standard 60cm oven. The maximum outside handle dimension is 46cm across. At 2.6kg, this big 33cm Rondeau is half the weight of cast iron dutch ovens! If you’re cooking for a couple or more, this might be the most versatile set of modular pans you could own.
The 33cm Rondeau can be used alone as a frying pan, or add the Skillet-lid (either way up) to make a Dutch oven/casserole. Ideal for browning meats in the relatively shallow Rondeau, then braising or stewing with the lid on. Don’t be afraid to take it outdoors: this oven is also indestructible on open flame (one piece of rivet less tough material that will never crack), with the easy low-maintenance of stainless steel, and a far lighter Camp oven than cast iron. Polish it up when you get home and take it back to the kitchen, not the garage!
Use the 33cm Skillet-lid alone as a high performance shallow skillet, crêpe pan, baking tray, or griddle for all kinds of frying and grilling. This highly conductive ferritic stainless steel will cook and brown more like wrought iron than the stainless steel you might be used to.
Each pan is engraved with the month and year of manufacture for heirloom collectability.
