This family sized 26cm Fry Pan has sealed edges to eliminate aluminium exposure, professional quality Stainless Steel body enveloping a copper core to ensure no hot spots. Permanently secured handle for strength and hygiene, inside satin finish.
Compatible with all energy sources, including the efficiency of latest cookware technology. Suitable for induction stoves.

Maintenance and Care:
Wash in hot soapy water before use
Do not use harsh scourers
Never put cold water into a hot pan
Avoid use of excessive high heat
Remove all food fat and residue from cookware
Never use oven cleaner
Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN recommends hand washing to extend the useful life of the product
Please Note when heating your cookware with the following options:
GAS
Do not apply high heat (excessive flames). Always ensure the flame does not extend up the side wall of the cookware, as this could cause damage and/or excessive heat on the handles themselves.
Gas cooktops may have uneven surfaces and should never be left unattended.
Electric/Standard
Ceramic/halogen cooktops – always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Electric/Induction
Induction cooktops – always make sure both the surface of the cooktop and the base of the cookware are clean before each use.
Permanent marks may result if this is not done.
Do not use surge or boost function. This will expose your cookware to excessive and intense heat and will void your warranty
