Dependable Performance

When modeling decorations, your pieces will dry just as you intended. Satin Ice will not over dry and crack.
Seals the cake, keeping it moist and fresh and increasing the shelf life of the cake.
Your finished cake may be refrigerated or frozen once covered.

Satin Ice exclusive Gum Paste formula adds even more decorative possibilities. Use alone or as an add-in to your Satin Ice fondant to create stronger pieces where you need them.

Storage
Vanilla Fondant: Unused fondant should be resealed quickly and wrapped airtight. Trimmings stored separately. Store at ambient temperature, away from direct light. Chocolate Fondant: refrigerate after opening.

Handling
Crumb coat cake with a thin, smooth layer of buttercream. Refrigerate or set aside. Keep hands, tools and work surface completely dry. Moving quickly, knead fondant in small quantities and combine for final knead. Immediately roll to 1/8 inch (3mm) on a non-stick surface (e.g. baking mat). Use a thin dusting of cornstarch or confectioners sugar if desired. Drape over cake and adhere. Trim excess and decorate as desired.

Vanilla fondant: Sugar, corn syrup, water, palm oil, gum tragacanth (stabilizer), natural and artificial flavors, cellulose gum (thickener), modified corn starch, potassium sorbate (preservative), glycerin (humectant), acetic acid (preservative). May contain one or more of the following: titanium dioxide, caramel color, blue 1, red 40, yellow 6, red 3, yellow 5.

Brown chocolate fondant: Sugar, corn syrup, cocoa powder, water, caramel color, palm oil, glycerin (humectant), gum tragacanth (stabilizer), potassium sorbate (preservative), cellulose gum (thickener), natural and artificial flavors, modified corn starch, acetic acid (preservative), citric acid (preservative).
